Blueleaf Problem

eurisp.jpg

Seriously?

Is this the page?

Seems very amateur if it is...Looks more like a placeholder page to me.

**EDIT**

Ah......
No...I worked it out....This was the link that I was seeing

http://eurisp/

And my browser was taking me to the .com version.....

personaly if that link is correct I would cease and get a new supplier for your isp. that page loaded with at first a decent website then went to a holding page for http://www.domainduck.com/hi/inquires/inquiry.htm where you click on learn more about this domain...

DomainDuck.com has been online since 1998 and during this time we have acquired domain names for development and moreover, traffic reselling.

Some of these domain names are occasionally sold.

However, no domain name registered to DomainDuck.com or Griffin IT Media, inc. is available for basic cost registration.

If you are interested in purchasing a domain name that is being used by our traffic network, please fill in the form below.

Finally and frankly, domain name sales inquires are, for the most part, a waste of our time and therefore reside on the bottom of our priority list.

Replies can take up to several weeks, but usually less.

note: domain names registered to DomainDuck.com and Griffin IT Media, inc. always expire and then are renewed.

NO TELEPHONE SALES INQUIRES.

IF YOU WANT AN ANSWER

NO HOTMAIL or GMAIL or YAHOO mail inquires.August 28, 2006

BUT..

The actual link goes to http://www.eurisp.co.uk/ a co.uk site that works.

Now decide on what you want to do.

I jsut called them today... and they said we will be contacted shortly (next week). I also questioned about the service they are going to provide, 2MB uncapped bb cost £20 only... didn't ask about the webspace and email.

anyone got similar answer???

DO YOU MEAN ME OR TRICKKY KITS

I folloed thje link and wouldn't have signed up with the saying so but I am not a customer heading to eurisp, then i found the correct link that takes you to their co.uk site so people could see and decide.

The stay or move has to be the customers choice.

does anyone know wheather they will offer us the same deal???

because i have just looked at their package.... miles away from blueleaf

20 pounds for 2MB and only 2GB download

Hi as i have said in another thread, I would like to mention that there is no monlthly cap on any of our products and that the typing error on out website has now been corrected. All our packages are Uncapped.

Thanks

Can you tell us why people are not being issued their MAC codes when requested?

as reported HERE and HERE

Can you tell us why people are not being issued their MAC codes when requested?

Yes I would like to know also, we was told that if we didn't want to transfer our account we would be issued with a MAC CODE and people are being refused, I have sent you two e-mails requesting one the first yesterday and you havn't replied to either,

Hi,

Just to confirm EurISP has now made an agreement with the previous suppliers of Blueleaf Internet's broadband services so that we can provide MAC codes should users not wish to take service with EurISP directly.

Thanks
