BT announces escape route for Biscit customers

I think there may be a regulation that a telephone line (voice) can't be transfered without about a 10 day delay so that (under normal circumstances) the losing provider has a chance to contact you, to prevent 'slamming'.

As I was told this is different case to the norm the losing provider has already ceased to trade. Leaving the customers with no waay to call out but emergency numbers. I have asked for help for these people andBT are looking to help them.

And so say all of us. Yes, Kits has been ever so helpful and my phone was back on this morning.
