Recently joined BT only to find the first router (home hub) was faulty (intermittent fault) spent a considerable time over 45 minutes on the phone to the so called customer technical help centre,...finally... it was decided a replacement was needed. The second one arrives this one will not connect wirelessly to my equipment!!!!! here we go again. As for the customer care centre i had difficulty in understanding their spoken (engleesh?),plus the accents were so broad...but most annoying was the arrogant way in which i was dealt with. :crap::hrmph:
