About 3 weeks ago due to the download limits i applied to migrate to pipex to go to there cheaper cap free equivalent service. order went through ok from pipex side. then i got an email while i was on my honeymoon from bt asking me to confirm that i wished to migrate. i replied to this and was given a migration date of the 6/8/04. a few days ago i checked my pipex order status page and it was still saying that pipex were awaiting confirmation from bt. so i called pipex who then gave me a date of 2/8/04 (yesterday) i got home last night and was unable to connect to the net due to error 691 username or password not on this domain. called bt who eventually after ages told me my account had been ceased and the migration had taken place. phoned pipex and they said there still awaiting a reply from bt. so called bt and they told me to tell pipex to get in touch with bt wholesale. so now i have had no net for nearly 2 days and am awaiting pipex to begin my service. im now ready to pull both mine and all of bt's technical support ppls hair out. Who ever said migration was easy and hasstle free needs shooting. Just goes to show....as per usual......how useless bt actualy are.
