BT Wholesale Broadband availability checker - Help needed!

This might sound a bit odd, but whilst I wait for a new FTTC connection, I used the BT Wholesale checker to see anticipated speeds. I logged on twice in the space of a month and the rates quoted on both occasions are different.

VDSL Range A (CLEAN) was originally 46 High - Low 32.4

But when I logged back in some 3 weeks later it had changed to;

VDSL Range A (CLEAN) 54.1 High - Low 35.8

So I wondered are these numbers in a constant state of flux dependant on utilisation? Bit confused as to what we're potentially going to end up with.

Thanks, Matt

The figures do change and it's not always 100% clear why, although in my experience they do over time seem to represent consistent changes in live line conditions.

The checker do change every few days as I seen my FTTC kept changed from 77 to 74 and now 72.

They do change in relation to measured conditions. I have a fault on my copper right now which has reduced the speeds drastically, and the BTW checker predicted speed ranges have also dropped!
