BT Wholesale incorrect

Openreach are saying FTTP is available at my address, I've actually spoken to Openreach who have confirmed this, I can't place an order with any ISP as it's saying its not available. According to openreach it's because BT wholesale database is incorrect, how can I get this resolved as when I phone an ISP none of them seem to have a clue, EE just emailed openreach, and not BT wholesale.

Just because Openreach offer FTTP in your area it doesn't mean BT wholesale have too. They normally would, but they might just not be ready immediately as soon as Openreach is

One thing that maybe worth checking is do your neighbours, or anyone else in the area show as having FTTP available. If they do it's likely a database error

Looks like it will be resolved within 5 days by the wording of that email. Give it the time they requested is my advice.

In my case i messaged the bt business account on twitter and he fixed the btwholesale mistake. Might be different for you, Since in my case it said I could order and then randomly changed to not available

Has OpenReach FTTP just recently gone live in your area? It can take several days to a few weeks/months for ISPs systems to update to say they can retail a service at your address. BT are usually one of the quickest but not always.

Openreach went live about 3 weeks ago.

Yeh, you might hope that these things are instant but in reality it's not quite like that. You additionally might have had an extra data problem but actually working out if it was a general delay or a specific data problem for your address or both will be hard.

Anyway, enjoy the FTTP when you get in hopefully in a few weeks.

Openreach aren't saying the Wholesale checker is wrong, they are saying Wholesale don't connect to the OLT serving you. Until they get that connection ordered and installed no service will be available from Wholesale ISPs.
