Bulldog bull****

Thanks to Bulldog broadband, I havent been able to use my phone line for 2 months since I moved into my flat. I am now waiting for BT to check that there isnt any damage to my line caused by Bulldog, which would have to come from my pocket of course.

I'm not even a Bulldog customer. My tenant who has just moved out had opened a bulldog account at my flat and transfered it to her new address. However after the move, the Bulldog line was still active in my flat and it took me several phonecalls to Bulldog customers services to find out it would take a MONTH to complete the transfer. As if that wasnt bad enough, I had to call again after that period to find out the markers had to be removed from the line and that would take another 5-7 days to clear...a request which was seemingly ignored and I had to wait another 5-7 days ...and again and again...

The customer services of Bulldog were terrible, they were unhelpful, apathetic, surly, and in some cases just plain rude. It struck me that the organisation was a mess run by a bunch of incompetents.

I made a formal complaint to bulldog and was told I would have to wait 28 days for a response. What good is that? I also think that a 3 month waiting period before you can complain to the regulator Ofcom or the other bodies is a joke, by then the problem is a painful memory. We need the regulators to crack down on these broadband cowboys now!!!!

How the hell could Bulldog damage your line?

was it a number port or was it a new install? if the latter then its a Bulldog line and not a BT one which means you need to order a new line from BT, if it was a number port then ask BT to do a return to doner.

some of them are, like all call centre staff, you get the good with the bad unfortunately, how did you talk to them as screaming at them wouldn't help.

thats standard I'm afraid and as you're NOT
a customer the chances of them replying are remote.

OfCom are like a lion without teeth, they will just look at them angrily and give them a nasty suck. lol
