We have EVENTUALLY got some response from BULLdog to say that they are canceling our broadband, but they ALSO say they are going to charge us for one year access to the broadband package. I wondered if there was anyone out there who could offer advice on this issue?
We haven't used it, we tried to gfet them to cancel it before it was set up, but could not get any response from theiur customer services. They emailed us yesterday to tell us it is activated, but we have been trying to cancel it for a week or two but with no aknowledgement from them. We even sent copies of the emails and a written latter of cancellation as advised by Ofcom to get it cancelled.
