Hi, im curious since im with bulldog ( out of contract ) phone + broadband package.
For the past 4 months I keep getting told by bulldog that they cannot collect payment because according to them I don't have a direct debit setup, but ive contacted my bank and they tell me one is already in place.
Ive called bulldog numerous times and spoken to just about everyone that works there, yet month after month I still have the same problem.
Since my contract pasted ages ago presumably id need to do a "Return to Donor" before I can go anywhere else.
In easy to understand terms, what route do I take, will I be without internet for long, if so roughly how long etc, what time scale am I looking at realistically?
