I gave 30 days notice to cancel my bulldog subscription on 13 March.
On 1 April Bulldog took payment for the entire month of April. On 13 April my subscription was cancelled, and so they owe me £25.
They issued me with a credit note in July acknowledging that they owe me the £25. They have also taken my debit card details on four seperate occasions.
To date, I have not received my money, despite weekly calls and emails.
I was calling the billing department weekly, and in communication with a billing manager. Last week, he called me from his mobile, and informed me that he was having the conversation outside the call centre, as calls are monitored. He informed me that it was unlikely I would get my money back!!
Its only £25, but I would rather a charity got the money than being robbed of it in this way. What can I do?
