Hoping someone can shed some light on this oddity. CF recently ran the cables and installed boxes to poles on my residential terraced north London street and are taking orders for everyone except a few houses. ‘My’ pole is *directly* outside the front of my house. There is a pole to left and a pole to the right, also with boxes up that serves other houses.
If I lived 7 houses down the left I can order CF as that’s a different pole. If I lived 3 houses down to the right I can order CF as again a different pole. It’s like I am in a black hole along a straight street. A CF person was able to tell me that it wasn’t active yet but no idea what the reason was and why either side was active and mine wasn’t. Only thing they said was maybe something about the council. That seems a bit strange given every other pole is active..
any ideas? And any way to actually find out what the reason is (and get it sorted!) Thanks
