its probably a silly question, but here goes;
I'm currently on talktalk fibre package but I'm moving home to a completely different area.
I've agreed to have my current internet contract cancelled on Monday 20th Oct and then renewed with them the day after. However, they told me that as they haven't got fibre in my new home, I'll be put onto the basic broadband of around 6mbs, which is quite a lot lower than what I have at my 'old' address.
I watch a lot of Netlix etc and use my ps4 and xbox a lot and I don't think that that speed will be any good. Talktalk told me I have 20 days to cancel, but would I be charged or penalised? I found a Virgin package with much better speeds and it was fibre. any help would be appreciated, thank you
