Can I help?

JBailey

ISP Rep
Hello everyone.

I appreciate that our presence in this forum has been somewhat vacant for the last few months. Please accept my apologies for this.

I'm going to spend the next couple of hours reading through some of the threads in here and doing what I can to assist a number of outstanding queries where possible. I'll try to make a conscious effort to check back on a regular basis so that you don't feel that this is a one off and I'm just ignoring you.

If anyone does want to get in touch, I can be contacted at jbailey@plus.net

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Nice to see you here.

I have decided to leave Plusnet after much deliberation, I would just like to extend my personal good wishes to you, and thank you for your help in the past.

My reason for finally deciding to leave?

Well you can thank one of your Directors who stupidly sat lounged with his feet up all over a desk for around half an hour under one of his own Web Cams for that.

What an example to set to the " workers ", he could have answered a few tckets or even the phone to help you all out, but oh no, he was obviously above all of that " Voice of the Customer " nonsense.

My very good wishes.

Sorry I can't say the same. I have tickets outstanding on PN specifically addressed to James, and he has not had the decency to reply, or delegate someone else to do it. 'Fraid this makes me tar all Plusnet staff and associates with the same brush.

ISTM that Plusnet should all make a takeover bid for your user name. "Inactive" is more than appropriate.

Don't hold your breath folks.:(

Well TBH, James was the only individual that ever gave me any help at Plusnet Towers...

Plusnet = Inactive, gertcha ...

Then to give him the benefit, perhaps he's just overworked.

Well, he now has my answer. I finally voted with my feet. I'm now with Fast4 and hosted by 1st Choice.
I thought I'd put them out of their mysery, so I closed all of the outstanding tickets. I swear I heard a sigh of relief from Plusnet Towers, as the huge burden was lifted!

Sorry Plusnet, you're history.:smilet:

From BT: You will be assimilated, resistance is futile.
