They sent my increase but said it doesn't apply until my current fixed rate ends in July.

I’ve just checked myVM and I have a £16 increase…
Cityfibre is supposed to be doing installs in April according to Giganet checker.

Thanks, it was the ad blocker. Been on the phone to them for 45 mins and they still tried to not let me leave. Even said to them I don't want to negotiate, I don't want any deals, I'm not going to continue under any circumstances I just want to quit and they were still oooooh but what about this deal and that deal. I hate their strongarm techniques if I say I want to quit and say no deals that should be the end of it. They said they'd confirm by email that I've quit but I've got no email now :cautious:

Query it anyway. Mine doesn't end until Sept and I've gone from £60 to £38.50

When I called through, the email they sent me arrived late evening, even though it'd be "in an hour or less" after getting off the phone.

I had this with VW ,I just told them I was moving house and gave them a post code that was not served by VW ,cancelled no problem ,try that if all else fails

I sent my VM "price rise" cancellation in by "Track and Trace" letter, there can be no dispute that VM have received the cancellation letter.

VM Customer Service is not the best
