Cannot receive calls after porting!

Hello all, really hoping someone can put my mind at ease that this issue can be fixed.

I ported my number from Three UK to SMARTY at the start of November and have had nothing but issues.

Firstly I was unable to use any mobile data, could not receive calls or make calls including SMS. Spoke to SMARTY on live chat and was told this issue would be resolved in 72hrs and I would simply need to restart my phone and all would work. 72hrs passed and restarted my phone, nothing. Still showing as “NO SERVICE”.
Spoke to SMARTY again to be told to reset my network settings and try again, but still no avail. Was told to wait a further 72hrs and issue would be resolved. Again, had not been resolved and spoke to them on live chat.
This time around I was told to order a replacement SIM card in order to fix this. Waited two days, activated my SIM and…… NOTHING.
Spoke to them again and was told it would take another 72hrs to resolve. 72hrs comes again to still have “NO SERVICE”. Spoke to SMARTY again who advised I order another replacement SIM card to fix my issue, ordered my second one and it arrives in the post couple days later.
Activated the SIM card, waited 2hrs for activation and…. “NO SERVICE” again.

By this point I was getting really pissed off with the lack of support and repetitiveness I was being asked to do from live chat. Was beginning to get the impression they had no idea why it wasn’t working. So I formed a formal complaint at this stage with them and was nearly 3 weeks into being a new SMARTY customer. They took 3 days to reply back to email and was told to order another and my third replacement SIM card to fix the issue.

At this point I’d had enough, I asked them if porting my number to a different network like VOXI (Vodafone) would be ok and would fix my issue.

They’ve told me to go ahead with the port out with my PAC and they would send all relevant details about my issues to VOXI port in team.
Switcher over to VOXI on the date agreed and it seemed all my issues went.

I’m now able to make calls, send & receive SMS and use my mobile data again.
The only issue I am now facing is not being able to receive calls from any network. Anytime someone calls my number they are presented with, “The number you have called is not recognised, please check the number and dial again”. This is what everyone who has tried to contact me, all on different networks.
VOXI have assured me they have sent all the details to port in team to get this fixed, but it’s already been over 2 weeks. And I’m still not able to receive calls, should I have stayed put with SMARTY (Three’s) rubbish customer service skills or switched?

Any help or guidance to get this fixed would be really appreciated.

I've seen tons of complaints on twitter recently where people have had issues porting their numbers to Three or Smarty, it seems like they're having loads of problems!

Sounds like Three are having issues.
Have you logged a complaint with OFCOM just as they issue the numbers and it'll be noted that Three are having problems.
I haven’t logged a complaint with OFCOM yet. Maybe it’ll shine a light on how poor their switching service is. Can’t get away from Three no matter what I do!
