CCTV cameras stopped working from external network (NR5103E)

Hello All

I was wondering if some one can help me with my CCTV cameras as they have stopped working now for over 2 weeks from external network as they work fine on internal.

I purchased the NR5103E router in September and signed up to SMARTY Unlimited 5g package and setup everything which has been great but now something has happened to the router recently and cameras stopped working. Could access cameras via 5g and when connected to wifi outside my home network when first setup in September.

Routers APN is set to "3internet" using IPv4 only and ports have been forwarded for each of the cameras and working fine when on home internal network. Public IP is 10.126.251.XXX and entered public IP address for each of the cameras and with the correct port number. Can't ping my public IP address and whatismyipaddress.com showing different public address to whats on the router home screen but ISP showing as Hutchsion 3g uk.

Not sure if Three/Smarty pushed out firmware update on the router hence why i cant access it now.

I have done a factory reset and tried to reconfigure everything still no joy.

Can someone plz tell me what else to try before i cancel my susbscription and go back to Verminmedia as everything was working fine with them, just kept increasing prices hence why i switched over to smarty.

Will upload screenshots of my router settings when back home. Thks

You need to disable the 'Auto' mode APN, however, I believe you won't get an internet connection as Smarty SIMs cannot use 3internet, which would give you a IPv4 none CGNAT public IP.

Re-looking at your screenshots it may appear you can connect to 3internet, however, none 3 SIMs will use CGNAT regardless.

Have you looked at using Tailscale? That works really well when using CGNAT, you don't need to forward any ports.

Fair enough. Just thought I'd mention it in case you'd not heard of it.

The Scancom SIMs are great, I use an unlimited 3 SIM from them at home and I do get a non-CGNAT IP address. It's that good that I don't have a fixed line for broadband at all.
