CCTV from remote steel container

Hi, trying to figure out how to get Ptz camera to work , from a pole on a steel
Container. Have power but no internet and no phone line. Could I rent mobile
Router from maybe EE or is it that I would have to purchase a router and get
Sim. Not sure how much data cctv will use when viewed from phone.
Many thanks
Ps first post hope I have the correct section

Yes if you have power you can pick up a 4G router to provide an Internet link.
Personally I have a D-Link DWR-921, which I found better than the "mobile oriented" routers for signal. Plug it in, pop in a sim and it will give you internet access.
Does the camera stream data out over the internet 24/7 or store locally only? If it's 24/7 you'll need quite a high data capacity sim, but if you only look at it occasionally from your phone a few GB would probably be sufficient. You can get pre-paid data sim's on ebay/amazon which are quite an easy way to test.

I used one of these Huawei E5573Cs-322, 4G Low Cost Travel Hotspot easy to hide with a 12v to 5v car battery ups. Worked a treat. They cut power like in the movies. Still caught the little...

Many thanks for reply, yes it is just random views via my phone.
Thought I could get ordinary sim to do this. But seems I need fixed sim with data package. Not sure how much data cctv uses, thinking maybe view camera maybe dozen times per day. Just going to search your system see if that would suffice.
