Cell mapping applications - discussion

Unfortunately no cells have uploaded to the map, in my info it does say I have them though, went from 44 to 53

Some of which are 3G cells, others are new 5G SA cells (O2 and Three)
It looks like the trail has updated on O2's 5G SA but I have yet to see any new masts show themselves.

So far it's only 600447 that I recently discovered.

Edit: some of them have changed how far they go from before, and does show that in the timing of it.

Will be unfortunate if the 9 other masts (combined across Three and O2) don't show up.

Still no new masts 🙁 I've even managed to discover a 10th (53 to 54)

I'll give it a few days given most of the findings were during the outage.

Nice 3G B8 🤣 (this is O2)

Has anyone else noticed their Cellmapper stats seem to be static at the moment?

I've been out and about as usual, but nothing seems to have updated in the points and cells count for coming on for about 5 days now.

Both phones are definitely logged in, is this a problem specific with my account maybe? 🤷‍♂️

Just curious.

OnePlus was being a bit funny the other day but overlooked it.
Going to power it on now and see if it's uploaded anything.

Edit:
It had 1000 points to upload cached but it's just uploaded them now via WiFi no problem.

Cheers Bubbles, it does show masts being updated OK, my Dumfries and Lockerbie visits yesterday show all 4 networks as being updated, but as I said, my cells and points count have never updated for at least 5 days now, maybe longer.

Odd behaviour I've not seen before. 😊

Seems to be fine here, the only thing I noticed was some slowness with cells showing but it mostly seems to be alright.

Thanks, it must just be my account then Pixelpetal, maybe I should try the non beta version again and see if that changes anything. 🤷‍♂️

I forgot to post that going back to the stable version of Cellmapper fixed my frozen stats, they are working fine now, so I'll just stick with the non Beta version, don't think I'm missing out on too much.😊

I don't know why but I still feel like gNB 600447 still isn't supposed to be there, directly by it signal drops but in other places it's really good.

It's the only explained place for it though, aside from the other point not far from it (which has near perfect signal)

Take a picture of the site and upload it here. Additionally remap the 4G FDD from the site

I would have grabbed a picture of it myself last night, but it'd likely be more hard to tell where things are than just off of maps
(The site in question where I feel like gNb 600447 isn't located even though everything points to it being that site)

O2 8TRx on new deployments is pretty rare, so would suspect it is indeed coming from elsewhere

I did walk along where the signal was most strong last night again, but the signal got weak quickly. There's no other mast not that far from it other than by new cross road - but each time I try to connect to it, I can't get any connection from it. Only eNB's 521278 and 521279 which is where I feel like gNB 600447 is (the one in the picture)

There is one the other side, but the signal is already quite weak from far enough I wouldn't have said it was there.
(the other mast on the other side of it)

eNB's 511886 & 511887

Next time I'm over that way I'll go down Patricia Way (Pysons Rd) and check, it may actually be that one but I still feel like it isn't. Doesn't match up with the points already discovered
