A friend has been the victim of nuisance telephone calls.
She has the bundled Talk Talk telephone and broadband service. She rang them today to ask them to change the number. She was fobbed off with an answer that BT should do this for her. BT couldn't deal with her because she doesn't have an account with them and sent her back to Talk Talk. They in turn said that it wasn't something that they could do.
When she asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to put her through but said that someone would contact her within 48 hours.
Has anyone else encountered this problem with this company?
