Channels 1 through 4 2.4GHz not selectable Huawei B218-263

Just received this router from Amazon UK and thought I'd re-assign the 2.4GHz channel to 1, as it was set to auto and transmitting on channel 9 as displayed by inSSIDer.
Only channels 5 through 13 are available in the drop-down window, so realistically I can choose only 6 or 11, but are both busier than 1.
My firmware is 11.0.1.1
Is this unusual?

I thought that may be it. But nowhere in the dashboard is there any mention of this.
Do not have your router but on my Draytek router and my WiFi AP's you go into advanced wifi and there should be a country selection. If you pick CN then you get the widest choice but be breaking the UK rules for frequency transmissions. As I have no near neighbours UK selection does me fine.

Sadly, no such selection on the B818. Perhaps it is firmware related.

Thanks for coming back. I've tried a factory reset, changing the time zone to New York, then back to Amsterdam (no DST option). I suppose the workaround is to change my main router's wifi channel from 6 to 1 and set this one to 6 .

Sorry about the (now un-editable) typo in the thread title. The router is the Huawei B818-263 aka Huawei 4G Router 3 Prime.

I've chosen to return the B818 to Amazon as defective, for a refund, not a replacement. Having had my DrayTek 2860 router die recently, I was impressed with the support available from the manufacturer and chose to buy a 2927 (together with a care package) to replace it. Apart from forum contributors, there appears to be little support available for this box. I had hoped to use it with my new DrayTek router, as a backup to my regular ISP.
