Noo, noooo, noooooooo my head hurts!

Who is Steve Deacon? v21.co.uk, renewed 6 Sep 06, last updated 22 Mar 07?

Is he one of the original V21 Directors?

I like the "Already a customer?" bit.

If you were already a customer you wouldn't be able to access the internet!

Thanks

We thought the logo was nice as well. I will be sending a press release out shortly. However the only thing I will confirm is that we hold no details whatsover of any of the previous customers of V Two One. This is a new project and is not part of any take over or selling of customer databases or assets.

i guess it will be just like fast4... a re-brand... though saying that, I cannot even see the front page...

If you are completely unrelated to the old V21, then I wish you good luck.

I'd question the wisdom of taking over the name of an ISP with such a poor reputation though - it will be difficult to shake, even if you have nothing to do with them.

also, you might want to change "competative" to "competitive"

When with there be details of your FUP available? What about your postal address (which I believe is a legal requirement)?

Once bitten.......
Forget the terms and conditions, wheres the website?
This is just a start up so give them a chance to get things up and running before you ask about terms and conditions.

True BUT before signing up for anything I would want to read exactly what I was signing up to plus I would never sign up for an account without the safety of the Direct Debit behind me as I had far too many billing issues with V21 although they were good enough to refund me (no interest though), and the other thing I'd want to know would be could I get my original email address back or has that gone forever?
