I cancelled my account with Be Unlimited in December after deciding to transfer to O2 (same company, effectively).
They made it clear to me that I had to return the router (to a Freepost address, so fair enough) and I did so on the 5th January.
On 27th January they took almost £90 from my account without notifying me,
Tonight I recieved my statement and discovered this charge. I called up Be who informed me that I had to return the router.....etc.
When informed that I had returned it and that I had proof of postage (having turn my office upside down to find it) I was promised a refund - I won't know if I have recieved it for a few days.
Since there have been no other billing issues with them, I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt and accept it was a simple error rather than anything less than honest, but all the same it is still worth checking your accounts.
