China Unicom VN007+ Review

Facing no signal at all. But how can i tell if it is my isp blocking the imei?
If no signal, doesn't think that a sign of the ISP blocking you (as the ISP cannot easily block a specific device from seeing their signal, the router will still pickup their signal but you just won't connect to it if they are blocking say your IMEI), maybe you have no signal where you at - mast may be down, so more likely the router playing up for some reason.

i have full signal. the issue is that sometimes the router shows 0 leds.. only power led lit, and not signal and no connection VIA static ip with ETH cable to the router.

i will factory reset it and try again.

No software upgrades.

The last thing I did, access root password , replaced superadmin password with the cmd procedure. locked to all available 4g bands. locked to 4g only.

and then while i browsing, wifi suddenly gone. after I saw the router, all led lights don't have lights. but still connected to power source.

when I switched off and on the power button, the restart looping occurs...

fortunately, it's still under warranty.

I just want to figure out, how to deal with that problem.

also, I bought a new one now. and don't want to let it happen again.
Have you solved the issue?

Any solution?
Something must be causing it, so maybe the first thing to do is to try and diagnose why it may be resetting or boot looping, it could be either configuration issues or the SIM - someone who has this router was having boot-looping & reset issues with certain sims from specific providers - so have you tried other provider sims in the router and does it keep doing the same?

Anyway not necessarily a solution so a suggestion (which means you do it at your own risk) - reflashing the firmware or updating the firmware may help (v1.15.1 is a stable version from what I hear).

rebooted many times and finally got access to the router. i run a factory reset and used different sim card. but still nothing... maybe something is wrong with the EEPROM\SOC\Power

Yeah maybe, don't have this router myself but have some idea so limited knowledge of it.

Hello

Anyone with a Unicom VN007+ router

And does not have the superadmin password

This password does not give you full authority to control the settings, but it allows you to install frequencies

user: root
passwoerd: admin

========= or ========

user: Admin
passwoerd: Conf

People say different. More comments here about loosing password after factory reset
if you will change the imei, that's the time that super admin will changed. but if just factory reset. superadmin password will remain. btw, im using vn007+ version 1.13.5. i don't know to some firmware...

I did an experiment and it worked with me to make a flash and get a super admin password if there is someone who can develop the method we appreciate this

Knowing that the method survived only with the version

X21G_1.12.8_usr_UN2020C_20220309_yocto_orca.pac

This is the video's explanation of the way you did it.

I am on 2.6.6
Can't find it.

Should i downgrade?
Thanks for your time and effort. I followed your method and I am able to flash the firsmware now, still don't have the correct firmware though. I had initially flashed the wrong firmware via web to my zlt x11. Its now not working. If anyone has a .pac file for zlt x11 which I can flash with SPD Flash Tool, Please share.

I have a 2nd working unit of zlt x11. I have posted a device information screenshot of that below if someone knowledgable and experienced can help me to get correct firmware. Thanks in advance.
