Christmas comes early...

Dear Customer,

We are upgrading your broadband service by moving it onto BT’s 21st Century Network, which in the future will allow us to provide faster speeds and new services to you.

The earliest date your service will be migrated is 23 November 2009.

We have been informed that due to the extremely high volume of migrations, there may be a delay of one to three working days before your service is actually migrated. Please note that BT are not able to provide us with any more details regarding the date or time when your migration will take place.

How will the upgrade process work?
The upgrade process will be completed in two phases. In phase one, your broadband line will be moved onto BT’s 21st Century Network. In phase two, you will be notified when you are able to upgrade your service onto an “up to 20Mbps service”. You will be able to upgrade your own service via the Zen customer portal. You can find out more about this new service at: www.zen.co.uk/Broadband/zenbroadband/up-to-20mbps-broadband.aspx.

... or, at least, a happy start to the new year. :smilet:
