Cityfibre address database issue

Hi all,

Please could I trouble you all for some advice - I live in Poole and Cityfibre completed their network build near me a while back. The availability checker on Cityfibre's website as well as those on of the ISPs on their network show availability of service for all of the houses along my road except for mine and after querying this with them, they stated this was because I live in a flat - however my property is most certainly a house which I mentioned in my reply but I've had no response from customer services since despite sending further emails etc.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? I don't know where or who to go to from here in order to get my property type corrected on their database. The only thing I can think of with regards to how they've classified my property is that the house number has a letter in it though that seems ridiculous! If this really is the case though, I imagine a fair number of people would be affected.

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Property classification I think has been done without surveyors coming out, it wouldnt surprise me if the letter has thrown it off.

If they are ghosting you, then maybe try to get a retail ISP to raise it on your behalf. Since AAISP are currently handling CF orders manually, they may be your best bet, as they will let you submit an order to them without a database check. Their min term is only 1 month so you wouldnt need to stay with them long term if you have no interest to.

Ah OK, amazing thank you for the advice - I will give it a go.
