Dear Sir,
Please excuse the direct email, I have already contacted openreach support twice and get the stock response of:
I WFH, go running every lunchtime and an unhealthy obsession with CBT spotting means that I was very impressed that most properties were available to order within a couple of weeks of the CBT appearing - very well done.
Unfortunately, 4 poles on our street have been missed. Each pole has an associated chamber and cover, so I guess there should be ducting in place - although the condition is of course unknown by myself.
So, this is a situation where I am in the middle of an FTTP enabled area (not on the perimeter - where builds may be paused), and therefore to a moderately informed person such as myself, it appears to be an oversight.
I will be most grateful if someone can investigate and hopefully instigate a 'fill-in' of FTTP provision.
Yours Sincerely,
JJ

A few months ago there was a flurry of FTTP work, which included enabling all poles in my vicinity, digging up a cul-de-sac and extensive duct unblocking and duct laying work. I have checked a number of addresses in *all* directions, and I am surrounded by properties which are FTTP enabled and available to order."We don't have any plans to upgrade your area right now, but we can keep you up to date when things change."
