Sorry unable to say what sort of success rate or otherwise on these, as I haven’t bothered to try to communicate since they did away with the freephone No.
(Did try 0870 once, but as Ross says -)

I see nothing has changed...

I'd recommend calling an exorcist....

It took me about a year to finalise my account, at least I think it's finally over... I eventually calculated my final bill myself and sent it with a cheque and a covering letter telling them to cut the threats and take me to court, I'd invite the press.... I didn't leave tiscali cos of a crap connection, that bit actually worked fine when I left, it was the billing screw ups that bred whenever I pointed one out, I got sick to death of the hassle.

Getting on tiscali, which was then WOL, should have been a warning, took them three weeks, they refused to pay compensation, blaming BT, I even had to find out what my phone number was for them (moved into a flat with cut off line) as that was beyond them, a telco that can't get info that's available to joe public from BT?

Well As i'm using ther surftime Package, i was being billed via my BT phone bill - and yes i am expecting problems with this, so i wil be checking my bill very closley.

I second that they will still be trying to collect 5 months on as with me. Fortunatly I changed Banks so had new credit cards etc;
Miffie
