Ok I'm experiencing some connection problems with the Business Gold dialup. Problems include getting thrown off before the 4 hour limit a few times and not being able to get authentication when dialing in after getting thrown off for about 10 to 15 minutes. Have emailed the tech support but they replied that the email address support@metronet.co.uk is incorrect and I should use support@metro800.co.uk.
