Just spent the last hour trying - and failing - to log on, getting lots of "691" errors ("password incorrect/password not recognized", etc). Finally, I got in. Accessed your site, and found this on the faults page:

"RESOLVED - Monday 15th Mar 2010 - 7:46pm An earlier issue affecting a small number of customers has now been resolved, and apologise to any customer who was affected by this issue.
NEW - Monday 15th Mar 2010 - 7:30pm Engineers are aware of a network issue, and are working to resolve this ASAP."

Resolved at 7:46pm? I couldn't get logged back in until 8:20-ish.

Actually, I've been experiencing difficulties logging-on (and being suddenly cut-off) for about a week now. Having problems? Just wondering.

Pipeless are you on ADSL21cn exchange if so there was a national outage copy and paste from my ISP's forums.

We are currently being informed that there is a national outage on exchanges served by newer 21CN exchange hardware.

Customers will show full sync (ADSL light will be lit), however authentication (username and passwords) will not be working.

We are naturally trying to establish what exactly is taking place and when things will be resolved. Customers on 21CN, who are online, are urged NOT to disconnect.

Customers on our 20CN (older exchanges) and those on our LLU platforms are not affected by this fault.
To add think you were since 7:53 pm
This has been resolved.
