To get my mum a cheap SIM with WiFi Calling and Visual Voicemail, I joined her onto VOXI this evening but have since thought twice as customer service is just though a chatbot.
I have since found an EE plan that’s just slightly more expensive than VOXI that will give her access to EE customer service via the phone and their shops should I not be around to do it for her, should the worst happen.
She’s been charged the VOXI monthly fee upfront and using the bot, all it gives me is a link to https://chat.voxi/ which doesn’t connect to a server, so I assume it only works when you’re connected on VOXI.
Is it possible to get in touch with them without activating the SIM, to get her initial payment back?
