Contacting Star Link

I tried to place an order with Star Link, but it would not accept my Address which is on the UK database.
I do not have a house number but a house name.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution.
I could not find a way of contacting them and that was a worry with the investment involved.
How do you contact a human at Star Link.

Hidden in the privacy section is one email address

Might be worth a try to see if they can forward it on to another dept,

Musk does not seem to value human interaction unless its on his terms.

Typically through your account portal or using the mobile app. You need to be signed in. It will take you through some troubleshooting steps, but then you will be able to compose a message and they will get back you and this will also go to your registered email address. I’ve only ever corresponded with them via the messaging function rather than phone call.

You can't create an account until you've placed an order. The account creation link comes in the order confirmation email.

The OP's problem is that they can't place an order, therefore they cannot create an account either.

Catch22. Account needed before they’ll correspond and even then it’s not instantaneous
