Just wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with Virgin Media during Covid-19 and renewing their contract, mine is up soon and I won't to negotiate a better deal.
I've had some difficulties contacting companies during Covid-19 as it seems their workforces have either been reduced or unable to cope due to WFH.
Can I also assume they don't offer this online? Live chat or tweets etc?
