some one on the review said some thing about data only line, not sure what that means. if I move my line to say AAISP do I not have to pay line rental if I dont use the phone line for phone ?
Assuming you're talking about vanilla consumer broadband on Openreach's platform then you'll always have to pay something to cover the line rental, but some ISPs do charge closer to the actual wholesale cost of the line than others.
In AAISP's case they charge £10 per month for the line without a voice service, which is about as close as you can get to a bog standard broadband-only solution in that class of product. However this must be weighted against the fact that their Home::1 package is far from cheap, starting at £25 per month with a 100GB allowance.
yea I'm with Zen no complaints much better than all the other isps I had, just wanted to try the native ipv6 and AAISP come a cross a decent isp with their policy on unfiltered internet etc.
