firstly just got off the phone to virgin 30mins ago.. seems they charged the penalty fee for leaving early (somewhere around the mark of £200) seems there had been a ballz up and they had charged up, a £180 cheque is in the post for a refund thank god...
however l also had to change the address on the tesco club card, seems you cant do it online, and when you phone on someones behlaf they are like we can only deal with the account holder for "security reasons" well my observation is security reasons go out the window when on a phone, why? because just about any female could pose as my mother over a phone and they couldnt answer this since all they asked for was the card number and post code... what amuses me is l set the damn thing up =_=
