It looks like Demen went on the same customer services training course as Central Point, since this is exactly what CP said to me when I complained about poor speeds. :laugh:at times, users of Broadband services may experience service levels that are more reflective of the contention ratio they are paying for.

Maybe they cannot cope with the new number of customers. When I surf in the morning I get 1,7mbit which is satisfying but till the evening time its getting slower and ended by less the 300k. If this still continues I am cutting my direct debit because of not delivered service. I am paying 19,99 for 2mbit for the whole day.
Anyone interested to form a protest against them.
