This one may sound like a bit of a conspiracy theory, but I've had my share of ISP issues over 20 years or so. My 12 month contract is up in May. I awoke this morning to find my internet was down. Upon ringing my ISP at 8 .m. they announced the prob was external at the junction box or at the exchange. Hey Presto by 08:20 the BB was back! Is this a record or was the "fault" planted by an ISP keen to keep our business? Has anyone else had a BB fault for the first time in their contract just before renewal or is this paranoid? Will my ISP release figures as to how many soon-to-renew customers suddenly get a fault?
