I was very happy to finally be leaving BT who I have previously thought were quite dishonest (putting prices up in the middle of a 12 month fixed deal).
So my final day was the 23rd, and that is the day the phone went dead.
I then get my final bill with a credit dated from the 26th. So although the difference is only £3 in their favour, I do have to wonder how does a big company with automated systems get dates that do not match? This has to be on purpose, right?
