Hi is any one else having problems with e7even slow speeds problems logging on since network upgrades

As I have already asked for my MAC code, when I get it, do I have to leave E7 or can I treat it as an insurance policy?

It is so consistent I think it is deliberate - perhaps I'm paranoid, but i suspect e7 want me to migrate. they are losing money on my contract. I've finally applied for a MAC. Would love to sue them to fulfill the contract but lifes too short.
