Yes very good so far. Cheap pay as you go service in my view and customer service is 1st class.

Prices are 15p for voicecalls to any network at anytime and 5p for a text. This is reduced to about half until end of june. (6p and 2p)

Porting number or choosing a new number from the list is good and you get £5 free credit with no expiry and the option of auto top-up when balance is at £2

Just one major problem is their lack of a GPRS service which i like for checking my email, using msn messenger and surfing the web when i'm away from home.

Easymobile - the no-frills, discount mobile outfit - has managed to sign up 15,000 punters since it launched the service back in March.

Boss Frank Rasmussen said he was "pleased with the results" adding that the mobile outfit had "successfully made an impact on the UK mobile market".

"By the end of June we passed the 15,000 customer mark and we remain optimistic that we will continue following our business plan going forward - not least as customers are proving to be very loyal and satisfied with our service," he said.

In May easyMobile denied that it was a flop after a report said it had only signed up 5,000 punters.

When it launched in March Easymobile - backed by easyJet entrepreneur Stelios Haji-Ioannou - claimed to have sparked a "mobile war" in the UK amid claims that this new cut-price approach would shake up the sector. ®

Not as many as they'd hoped I bet which is a shame as we need some real competition in the payg sector. Not everyone wants to pay a mthy contract or get ripped off at 35p+ per min across network.

Well they are only a virtual, so they were never going to have a significant impact on prices, Tesco (value) and Fresh have matched their 15p per min cross net price and as far as I know neither of them charge a 25p fee to top-up (I think Tesco even give loyalty card points  ) making them both better value.
