So, I assume its safe. I am not happy about doing it however, as it means I have to print it out (my printer has broke) and he didnt let me know before he won the auction.

Alarm bells would be ringing if I recieved such a request.
Remember that in offering a winning bid, a contract has already been formed between seller (you) and buyer without this additional piece of document.
This piece seems to cause concern:
hi mate,I won yours motorola u6 on ebay listing.before I pay by pay pal can I ask you to print and fill this agreement form in (enclosing in mail) and shipp with mobile?
So the buyer wants you to ship the mobile with this enclosed document BEFORE you get paid via PayPal !!!!!
- I've heard of Buyer beware....... this might be a case of Seller beware

No, he said he would pay via paypal tonight. His excuse was this:

"reason is very simple :) If its for proof of purchase and confirm i bought exactly this phone from you, if i wanna take this phone to poland in the future i need that form with your sign,in poland the will not accept paypal or ebay bills, because they are in english languge only...most ebayer sign that form for me (check my feedback) without problems..."

Checking his profile, he buys an awful lot of phones, and doesnt sell them. It also appears that he asks the same of other buyers, so one can only assume he sells the phones in Poland for profit.

Nothing wrong with that, but Im very annoyed he didnt ask before bidding. My printer is broken, so I now have to trapse around to print it somewhere else.

Tell him to take a hike, then offer it to next high bidder or re list it on fleabay.

Ive already relisted it once, due to some ass that left me bad feedback because I started a non paying bidder thing after 3 weeks of no payment.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Sounds well dodgy to me. At the very least I'd get the Polish bits translated first so that you know what you're signing!

Ive tried, but all I get is jibberish

I have told him Im cancelling the auction, and now I have to relist again, at a loss to me.

Course, in the nature of ebay, I cant even leave bad feedback, because he will leave some for me. Dispite him imposing condtions AFTER he had won the auction.

heh l could have helped but my friend is off on holiday for two months as of last week... hes polish and also a very good english speaker (or should l say his typed english is very good)

Nevermind, hopefully it will teach the guy to have the courtesy to at least ask before bidding.

Why I should sell something then have to agree to something I have to translate and print and sign I dont know.

Perhaps Im being unreasonable?

Edit: I just got an email telling me to F' off.

sounds like he's using the piece of paper to get phones through customs without paying import duty, so he can sell em on more easily. Maybe even claiming they've been nicked when he comes back without them......I've heard that happens with high-end camcorders when folks go to visit their rellys in one non-eu country.
