EE 4G help

We have recently had the 4G mast upgraded in Stackpole Pembrokeshire
We have a Mikrotik SXT R router and have a perfect uninterruptable line of sight to the mast which is 1,009 M away.
The router shows an excellent stable connection!
My sim is from BT.
Since the upgrade, my speeds have dropped dramatically.
Before the upgrade, my PC which is directly connected to the router was getting DL 70-100 Mbps / UL 40-60 Mbps.
My current speeds since the upgrades for my PC directly connected to the router is DL 23.43 Mbps / UL 22.77 Mbps.
If I carry out a speed test on my phone via wifi which is dual-band DL 19.7 Mbps / UL 35.9 Mbps and DL 22.1 Mbps / UL 35.1 Mbps
If I disable the wifi and directly connect to the mast DL 60.2 Mbps / UL 25.8 Mbps
BT has told me they have seen the mast performance drop off in May which coincided with the upgrade.
I have now been told that the `performance drop is due to the spectrum bands on the site being redistributed to other carriers and there should not be any issues.'
EE has told me I should not need to adjust my 4G router.
If a professional person or company can help get to the bottom of this I do not mind paying a fee.
The equipment suppliers no long support 4G in Wales, this is a shame as ratepayers money funded the equipment through the Access Broadband Cymru scheme.

Do you know which EE mast you're connected to now? And do you know if it is the same as you were connected to previously?

Just as a side note, it's never a good idea to post your mobile number in an open public forum Law Bosh.

Can lead to all sorts of annoyances for you.

Hi Gavin, that is a good point. Prior to the upgrade, we could not connect to any other mast, even the engineers said they could not connect to the network when it was powered off for the upgrade.
They have put some sort of new mast up about 2 miles (red x) the other side of the cell site (light blue dot). I know the mast number and will check when I am back in a few weeks. I have looked on cell mapper we are dark blue spot.

Do you have admin access to your Mikrotik device? By default it should be at 192.168.88.1

It sounds like the LTE interface is locked to a specific band.
