If you disable IPv6 on an EE connection which supports it you’ll be left with no internet because like I said previously it tunnels all IPv4 to IPv6 through the use of fake IPv6 addresses.
It must be a compatibility issue with that happening and so Santander is refusing to load in some cases.
One possible workaround is to disable IPv6 in the router itself. This works on EE’s own Mobile WiFi devices and it’ll use standard IPv4.
