EE Capping Speeds on Uncapped Contract

I discovered the same but with EE essentials, crazy to read here they doing it on their top tier product.

I made thread on TTB about it, I put in a 1p mobile sim in dual sim phone, so same mast, same phone, the EE sim at peak times was a fraction of the 1P sim on performance, upload was so slow the test was failing. They were doing some extreme shaping, and I assume still are.

BT sweating the infrastructure I guess.
What speed test did you use?

Green = download
blue = ping
red = upload

6th 7th 8th march is when the only useable tower in my area went down during the 5G turn on in my area.

Unfortunately there is no way to scroll back on the graph before the start of January the ping has trended up from always just under 30ms to over 40ms and is slowly coming down to always nearly 40ms

Upload is trending back up to where it always was before christmas aswell

I did have a image from November and when side by side you can see the much lower ping slightly higher upload speed. and the much higher average download speeds, which I had before the 3G switch off in early January,
I joined EE at the end of Augest and setup my Mikrotik router at the end of September and got band and cell locking working at the mid October. I don't have a picture of the graph for the few months before January which would be nice to have since it would more clearly show the 150-220Mbps I used to get with the average falling more closely to 125Mbps instead of the 90-100Mbps I get now, which now almost never spikes above 120Mbps and when it does it's never near 150Mbps
