On an EE monthly 50GB for £50 4G tariff with a Huawei router.
It has cost me an extra £30 this month although not downloaded any more than usual. EE app claims I used over 1GB yesterday but my router said 250MB down and 70MB up.
Is there anyone else having this problem and how can I get EE to investigate as it is my word against theirs. Thy had this problem about a year ago but it was fixed after it seemed to affect a lot of people.
