EE EE Deals

Plusnet discount with student discount has worked for others, so I think this would.
I tried the plusnet + EE perk discount and they wouldn't allow me as they they don't do "double discounts", the guy even tried to get his boss to help me get it, but he said it couldn't be done. But I am happy with my current deal, so I am not going to complain at all.

They were going to go ahead with both discounts for me and @x1q did got it for £8.50 🤔

Yeah i just tried another call with them out of interest, the guy was really helpful and said he tried all he can, but right now I only pay £10 for 50GB data (which never seems to move for some reason 🤔) with EU roaming, so i am not feeling that poorly done by :)

Sounds like the VOXI glitch that still happens on new sign ups.

Luck of the draw.

I have had EE flat out refuse to apply my NHS perk discount in the past because 'it is already a discounted plan' yet others apply it straight away no questions asked.

yeah from what i can see, some folks at EE know how to "get around" issues on the system which stops them, others don't... comes down to who you speak to, they're always friendly and want to help, in my experience... it's just the computer won't let them.

You when order a Plusnet customer plan online, It let's you use the student discount. So that's probably why customer service allow that.

I’m on EE text service, and the agent has not answered my request for free eu roam, just told me the cost of the Pass and daily rate for roaming. It’s now on the system that I was refused, is it likely that asking again would be successful?

Does anyone know if you can add EE Broadband at a later date to get the £20 discount on EE sims?

Thinking of going back to EE for my sim next month but OR FTTP won't be ready until the end of the year.

So I was thinking of doing Unlimited All Rounder which is half price for 6 months, at £21.50, then by the time the 6 months half price is up, I can switch to EE Broadband and get £20 off so it'll only be £23.

So many things could go wrong with the rollout so you’re best off waiting until the broadband is installed locally.

As @CarlO1460 says you can add it later but the FTTP rollout could end up delayed or there could be other unforeseen issues.

I wouldn’t rely on it happening when they say it will!

Not bad but only if you have EE broadband. £19 if you want an ‘extra’ like Netflix Basic or Apple Music.

Sounds like they're trying to compete with Three, shocked to see a one month plan!

I recall someone mentioning O2 has a similar plan for existing customers on 12 months right?

I was complaining/moaning about EE vs BT plans over on DS Forums and someone who works or worked at EE mentioned it.

Annoyingly my broadband and mobile accounts are separated so I can’t get that deal on my mobile account (at least without calling).

That is a great deal and if you take the £19 and have netflix and apple music already which can be included in this bundle, it's like less than a £10 extra a month for UL data on EE.

Shame it requires EE Broadband

Theyve got another deal on there for 128gb data which isn't the worst, but still not quite competitive enough for me (even with my Perks at work code).

I'd actually consider a 24 month contract (I know I know) if the price were solid. The ones with perks like Netflix are solid, but I've already got that via Sky.

Actually does anyone know if these EE perks can be gifted to someone else or is it tied to your phone number?

I didn’t think about using a Perks code, I wonder if it’d work…

You have 5 codes on Perks, I’ve given a code to a friend who’s successfully used it. According to their website: Join EE Perk and save up to £300 throughout your contract. You'll get 5 discount codes a year to use or to share with friends and family.

How do i see plan?
They’re only available if you have EE Broadband. Log into your broadband account and go to shop, shop SIM plans.

£10 gets you unlimited data limited to 10Mbps.

£13 gets you unlimited data limited to 100Mbps.

£16 gets you unlimited data with no restrictions and EU roaming. (Looks like this is the only one with EU roaming)

£19 gets you unlimited data with no restrictions and one smart add-on.

£28 gets you unlimited data with no restrictions and three smart add-on’s.
