EE High variability of speedtest.net results

Was just testing band locking to exclude B3 so happened to run a few speedtest.net runs to check for performance and feel there's high variability based on the target server so thought I would record some evidence.

I figure I should give some fast.com results to double check.

Can't add the third one which is 40 Mbps down/29 Mbps up.
32 ms unloaded, 98 ms loaded.

Above was LTE B7/B7. Went back to Auto and hoping to get B7/B3 back (mainly to improve latency) but instead two restarts give me B3/B3 on the slow mast.

Here is B7/B3. Latency isn't what I wanted but it's now the prime time for streaming and congestion.
