EE unlimited data plans - is there a fair usage policy, throttling or any other issues with heavy usage?

That's the highest personal data usage I've come across for quite some time if to ever:)
They should give you a medal!
Yeah, I have just checked and I am now at 10.9TB and the speeds are still the same. The data resets in 11 days. Managed to get around 220Mbps download at around 1 am which is the best speed that we have gotten so far, hopefully they upgrade the mast soon though. Was looking to move to EE as the speeds are around double but they have a shitty FUP which I would use up in less than a day.

It would be very interesting to see how EE would deal with your usage.

I wonder, do they put a "bad mark" against your name or the likes to stop you signing up again once you've been kicked off? Or do they let you sign up again?

Doubt you'd get booted Bubbles, no one seems to have yet with way over their recommened limits.

If it's the same price in March 24, I'd definately buy another, if they continue to sell them of course.

I'd imagine the current offering will continue to reduce in price as the months go by.

Still feels like i've been the only one thats had my net throttled because i had downloaded too much. Or have others been throttled too?

Yeah, was thinking of buying the unlimited plan but then found out that the business plan had a 1TB FUP which didn't give me much hope. You would've thought that the business one would be a lot higher but no. Jurassic Fibre has just delayed the FTTP rollout in our area again so just going to stick with LEBARA for the time being.

EE FUP seems to be a mixed bag. People say they've hit it and been throttled. Others have downloaded Terrabytes and nothing has happened. If you want a truly unlimited mobile connection then the only real choice is three. Vodafone also cap their SIMs at a very high level (last time I checked , it was 9TB but that was back in 2020)

You must be the highest data user on the network!
Most likely, I might be able to download/upload more next month and test the limits but then again I have a feeling that they scraped the 9TB limit a while back.

It would be interesting to see if anything happens after a few months of being the top data user.

I will continue to use 9TB+ over the upcoming 4 ish months while I wait for fibre. I do have a backup three sim + ZTE mc801a which I could swap to if they do cut us off, I will update if anything happens.
