Not sure if it’s a fluke or not but I just requested a replacement eSIM from Three for one of my lines forgetting that out of hours the QR code email doesn’t arrive.
Went in to chat and was told it will arrive in a few minutes which didn’t happen because of the bug in their system. He checked the order could see it had completed so placed another and told me to wait and see if it arrives otherwise I need to go to a store tomorrow to get a new physical SIM.
Was having a play around in my account and went in to the activate SIM card option on the line, lo and behold the QR code and 4 digit pin was there hidden away.
Scanned the QR code and entered the PIN which successfully activated within a few seconds.
