ESussex Project - Extra info?

Was wondering if someone here could offer anymore information on the planned works taking place. The website today was updated to say that works are now taking place in my exchange area. My postcode currently suffers very bad FTTC speeds of sub 6Mbps due to line length and the main 100 pair cable being aluminium according to the OR engineer.

Cooden (NDCOO) TN394QZ

Thanks
