I signed up with EezeDSL 2 weeks ago but got this email from V21 today...

"Our records indicate that your Internet account reference 65718, andyirwin, is currently on hold. The most common reason for this is that your payment method is no longer authorised, possibly due to your card details being expired.

Please contact us via one on the methods listed below so that your account can be updated and re-instated or removed from the system if no longer required.
1. Log in to your secure virtual control panel at
https://secure.v21.co.uk/customer/index.asp?a_code=v21 and click on Change Billing to update your payment method. Once updated you will need to contact us directly via method 2. or 3. below to enable your account for you.
or
2. Telephone customer services on the number below with your Customer ID.

Did you know you can now pay for your account by Direct Debit? Direct Debit payment is easy to set up and convenient, as there's no need to confirm regular payments or update your details. Why not visit your secure Members area and set up your Direct Debit today?

When contacting customer services or technical support, please always quote your customer ID number.

Please note that if you do not respond then your account will be automatically removed from our system 30 days after it was first placed on hold. At this point any associated email addresses and web space will also be deleted.

Standard automated emails activated when payments can't be collected...another system that Biscit don't know about/can't understand since they annexed V21 I suppose.
